1. Manali To Leh-Ladakh

Ladakh has been known for its breathtaking views and adventure which almost every guy in this world wishes to explore atleast once in a lifetime. Zanskar Valley, Nubra Valley, Pangong Tso Lake (The Azure Lake From 3 Idiots) to the highest motorable road Khardungla Pass, everything about it is just perfection. The Best time to visit Leh Ladakh is between May to September. But these are also the most dangerous roads to travel, especially for noobs. 2. Manali To Spiti-Valley

Spiti, also known as the cold desert mountain valley located in the north Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The name Spiti means 'The middle land' that is the land between Tibet and India. There’s a jaw-dropping mesmerizing beauty everywhere you look around in the Spiti's landscape. Chandrataal Lake, Kunzum Pass, Key monastery, Kaza, Pin Valley National Park are some of the places you must visit when in Spiti. It is on an average 12HR ride from Manali to Spiti because of the bad conditions of roads so you are suggested to carry all the essential mechanical tools along with you on the journey.Spiti-valley-image

While you're on your way to Spiti, you would cross by a small village named "Chattru" which can be your halt area and you could also camp there. Charges would be around INR 1000 per camp with the capacity of 3 people. Although any fine day you can kickstart your bike and ride to these places, the majority of the people travel in the months from June till September. 3. Mumbai To Goa

Goa is everyone's dream destination - where the ocean meets the land. Mumbai to Goa is approximately a 600 km ride through the western ghats. There are basically two national highways that you can take. One is NH66 or NH17 on which you will be riding from Mumbai - Panvel - Chilun - Kankavli - Panaji and second is NH48 which goes Mumbai - Pune - Satara - Kohlapur - Belgaun - Panaji.mumbai_to_goa-image

NH48 is considerably an easier route, where there isn’t much to do except riding whereas NH66 or NH17 would make a hell of a ride for the bikers, riding along the mountains passing by the villages and forts. Any bike would sustain this adventurous road trip as long as it is maintained and serviced well enough. Roughly 10 days would be enough to cover this adventurous trip on the bike.

4. Delhi To Jaisalmer

Jaisalmer, a princely state in the western state of Rajasthan, in the heart of the Thar Desert known as the “Golden City” is approximately 800 km from Delhi and the ideal time to visit Jaisalmer is between November and March. There are three routes to take from Delhi to reach Jaisalmer. The first route starts from Delhi - Bahadurgarh - Rohtak - Hisar - Fatehpur - Bikaner - Jaisalmer this route takes about 14 hours across NH9 and NH52. Route 2 starts from Delhi - Neemrana - Shahpura - Jaipur - Nagaur - Jaisalmer it goes through NH 48 and 125 and takes about 15 hours and the final route is from Delhi - Neemrana - Shahpura - Jaipur - Kishangarh - Ajmer - Beawar - Jodhpur - Pokhran - Jaisalmer.Delh-jaisalmer-image

These routes run through the same way till Jaipur and are recommended by most of the travelers. Jaisalmer is popular for their desert safari and the Rajasthani cuisine, for bikers it’ll be an incredible journey in ‘The Land Of Kings’.

5. Guwahati To Shillong And Cherrapunji

Shillong, a hill station in Northeast India and the capital state of Meghalaya is situated at an average altitude of 4,908 feet above sea level. The route from Guhwati To Shillong And Cherrapunji is approximate of 90 km and takes about 3 hours. The national highway from Guhwati to Shillong is very well maintained but the roads from Shillong to Cherrapunji is very narrow and winding. It is advised to carry warm clothes, gloves, and wind-sheeters if you’re traveling in the month of November or December and for the safety concerns don't ride beyond the speed of 50 kmph.

6. Delhi To Agra

Agra, a city In northern India’s-Uttar Pradesh situated on the banks of River Yamuna, is home to the iconic Taj Mahal. There are two routes to reach Agra from the national capital Delhi. First one starts from Delhi - Jaipur - Mathura - Vrindavan - Agra which is about 230 km and the second route starts from Yamuna Expressway which is about 165 km and would take around 3 hours to reach Agra.yamuna-express-way-image

For the better experience, you could start from Yamuna Expressway to reach Agra and come back to Delhi from the other route via Vrindavan Mathura and Jaipur.

7. Chennai To Pondicherry

Pondicherry is the capital city and the largest city of Indian Union territory of Puducherry and is popularly known as Pondy. The route is approximately 150 km and takes about 3 hours. Kanatal is a small quint village in Uttrakhand-India on the Chamba-Mussorie road and is nearly 350 km from Delhi. Munnar - The Kashmir of South India is a town in the Western Ghats mountain range in Kerala and is situated around 5,200 ft above sea level.
