2. A small microfibre towel

Remember hygiene is important - most of us end up giving in too much at the gym which leads to massive sweating, and keeping a small microfibre towel should be a part of your gym hygiene. You can use it for different purposes - it could be used to wipe your sweat off your face or for cleaning the gym equipment before using it as it reduces the chances of spreading bacteria and infections due to shared exercise equipment. Moreover, it doesn't take up much space, so always remember to carry one!
