Do you fancy mermaid-like curls? We are here to show you how to get heatless curls with just a headband. We give you a unique, quick and effortless way of curling/styling your hair without any heat. This hack will help you achieve that bouncy and voluminous curly hair without any curling tongs and heat exposure. The level of damage that our lovely tresses have to go through while heat styling can be prevented by using such methods. As heat styling tools can make your hair limp and prone to breakage. So try and avoid all the damage by going heatless!

Follow These Steps To Get Those Cascading Heatless Curls:

1. Detangle and get started by placing the headband over your head

Take a paddle brush and start brushing your hair to detangle them. Divide your hair into 2 sections. Spray your hair with water to make it slightly damp so that it can hold the curls. Then place the headband on the forehead but over the back of the hair.

2. Twist your hair around the headband

Now, grab one-inch sections and twist each section away from your face and begin wrapping each twisted section over and under the headband until you reach the end of the length of your tresses.

Repeat the same on the other side as well and combine the remaining hair into one central strand that you wind through the headband until there is no hair remaining.

3. Lock in with hair spray

Secure the headband with some bobby pins to prevent the hair from falling out. Finish off with hairspray to set and lock the hair into place. This will provide a lot of texture and a stronghold to your curls. So that they stay in form all day long!

PRO TIP: The key to achieving big and bouncy heatless curls from this method is to keep it overnight while you sleep or at least keep it for 2-3 hours so that your hair can form and hold the curls.

4. Unravel your hair to big curls

Next morning, unwind your hair from the headband to reveal voluminous curls on the lower section of your hair. Gently finger comb to separate the one strand of hair from the other.
