Christopher Nolan, known to be a visionary filmmaker, can think about dimensions, we don't even understand even if they are put on the screen in front of us and made into a film. This sci-fi psychological movie gave this person the power to steal things by entering somebody else's dream. The protagonist in this movie i.e. Leonardo Dicaprio does not steal things but ideas by entering into someone else's subconscious. This is the make-believe world of corporate espionage and the thief here is the key to this agenda. However, this time around the agenda is not stealing but implanting an idea in someone's head. Would Dicaprio be able to do it or not depends on the powerful plan and the enemy who knows exactly what their plan is? This movie will f**k your mind up but open horizons that even you didn't know existed before.

It's been 15 years to this movie, and we can surely say that this mind-boggling movie changes the way we think, see, perceive, and feel everything around us. This movie is about a dystopian future where all human beings perceive their reality in a simulation called 'the matrix'. This movie has made us question our existence over and over again. It's an imagined version of everything's that's happening today. We are so scared of artificial intelligence controlling us no sooner than a decade. The Matrix was imagined reality because in the movie, Thomas Anderson is a young and dissatisfied computer programmer realizes that there is something wrong with the world and concludes that we are not living in our own reality but in an illusion: a computer simulation designed to keep humanity passive and captive under the control of a race of sentient machines.

Imagine it's the end of the Earth and you are held responsible for figuring out what the future of humanity holds. A former spaceship pilot goes on a mission through a wormhole to find inhabitable places for humanity. Using state-of-art digital effects, Christopher Nolan has made you believe in 5 dimensions through the movie. He has tried to answer questions so many us have for years about existentialism. Wormhole mouths and black holes are depicted as genuinely three-dimensional holes, while the high-energy colliding matter is vividly portrayed. So impressively does Interstellar render these phenomena that if we ever see such things close-up, reality may suffer by comparison?
IMDB Rating: 8.6/10
Director: Steve McQueen
Starcasts: Chiwetel Ejiofor, Michael Kenneth Williams, Michael Fassbender
You should be watching this: is what comes to my head when we think of Twelve Years A Slave. It is a VERY powerful film based on an 1853 novel written by Solomon Northup, in which he chronicles his experiences as a slave in Bayou Boeuf, Louisiana. He lived in Saratoga, New York all his early adult life with his wife and children only aware of the plight the slaves went through but never had a first-hand experience of the misery of the slaves only until he was himself sold as a slave where he worked for 12 years in Louisiana. He wrote this book as an account of his bad experiences and how he wants to use this as a rebellion against slavery. This movie removes the curtain from our eyes and makes him empathize with these slaves who suffered at the hands of white people who were cruel beyond belief.

Director: Martin Scorsese

Brilliant is an understatement. This wild movie is based on the autobiography of Jordan Belfort, a stockbroker who made a fortune by selling shady penny stocks and then spent the resulting money on drugs, sex, and other self-indulgences—in the nineties before he was arrested for his frauds in an exuberant and crazy way. Anyone who needs to be explained stock market frauds and how to run away from personal responsibility, Wolf of Wall Street is the way to go. Leonardo Dicaprio does complete justice to his character where he plays Jordan Belfort. When you watch the movie, you wouldn't want the movie to be any shorter than the 3-hour runtime. It is so spellbinding and gasping.

Batman, Christopher Nolan, Heath Ledger- these three words are enough to get you to open your laptop, open a window to Netflix and get going. The best movie in the Batman Trilogy, The Dark Knight keeps you hooked like no other. Excellent sequel, much darker and much more violent than the first part. Heath Ledger's show-stopping performance as the Joker steals the show. definitely. The Dark Knight is, I suppose the greatest superhero movie ever made. Enough said.

For all of its violence and tragedy, this is a beautiful and exuberant movie. This best movie on Netflix has a relentless soundtrack of jazz and classic rock and moments of humor and goodwill. A very popular Mafia movie The casino is superbly acted and quite astonishingly obsessive about detail, money, and the mob's decline. Greed, deception, money, power, and murder reign in this thriller movie which illustrates the dark realities of a casino gangster. A must watch if you loved watching Casino Royal.

Shutter Island needs the complete attention of the people watching, so that get to feel involved while the characters reveal the mystery of the island. The plot of this best movie on Netflix is about the disappearance of a patient from Ashecliffe hospital for mentally disturbed and violent criminals in 1954. Upon this two detectives played by Leonardo DiCaprio and Mark Ruffalo are called to the island to investigate the disappearance of a patient. Scorsese keeps the anticipation high all through the whole film while never falling back on shoddy startle strategies. Indeed, even in scenes that should not be tensed, the score makes the watcher thrilled. That’s exactly where Scorsese wants his viewer to be, and it makes for a hell of a movie-going experience that keeps you guessing until the last minute.
