1. Splash A Little Fun - Camp Near The Corbett Falls

A visit to Corbett fall is a sight worth witnessing and one can come here for camping with your family and friends and for an experience that won't fade away from your memories. This spot offers quality time with your loved ones and is one of the many appealing traits of the Jim Corbett National Park. One should definitely visit this waterfall for if you love nature enveloping the entire world around you.

2. Step Back In Time - Explore The Corbett Museum

Housed in the same bungalow that belonged to “Jim Corbett”, the tiger conservationist, it has his memoirs and many other belongings of this conservationist/hunter. Now turned into an inspiring museum for people to know more about the history of this land and the legend of Jim Corbett himself, this museum would surely make you step back in time. Apart from his personal memorabilia, the exhibits include his arsenal, the traps and other apparatus used by him during his days in the jungle.

3. It's Fishing Time - The Beautiful Kosi-ficient 

Apart from a much-needed time away from the hustle-bustle of our city life, one can also go fishing with family and friends at some of the many designated spots in this national park. The catchment area of Kosi offers many fishing camps and is very popular for Mahaseer Fishing. Other spots also include Ramganga River, Machula Bridge, and Van Ghat pools. One thing that's promised is that you'll have a great time exploring your fishing skills, even if you're a novice or a first-timer at it.

Who doesn't love soaking in the fresh cool breeze while strolling along the river shore? I'd say yes every once you ask me. A visit to the Kosi River is all about such amazing experiences. Just don't forget to take your camera along and this mesmerizing river amidst the mountains is sure to fill your soul and your social media profile with awe and inspiration for Mother Nature. The water is clean enough to take a swim but be careful as the flow is mostly high and water is pretty cold, also, one cannot ignore the presence of deadly wildlife all around (an expert's supervision is advised). Behold, the Garjiya Devi Temple and Sitabani Temple, situated at the top of a huge rock at the crossroads of Kosi river, is dedicated to Goddess Parvati and also a home of various others gods like Lord Shiva, Lord Bhairon, Lord Ganesha and Goddess Saraswati. This temple is also a must-visit for all kinds of nature's aficionados and those looking for a perfect shot of the serenity around.

9. Visit To Kalagarh Dam

Situated in the confines of Jim Corbett National Park, the Kalagarh Dam is a water torrent built inside the Corbett National Park Region. The construction began in 1961 and proceeded till 1974, after which it has been serving the purpose for the biodiversity all around. The dam and its store are home to a few avian animal types, which make the locale a well-recognized site for birdwatching. Numerous untamed things are known to result in these man-made habitats, part of which is providing a haven for the waterfowl, which relocates here just in the winter season.

10. Bird Watching

Jim Corbett national park has over 650 bird species including the migratory birds, if you have a soft corner for the beautiful winged creations of god and if you have made it a goal to say hello to every one of the species known to mankind, then bird watching in Jim Corbett National Park is a bucket list entry for you. The best time for bird watching is in winters, around November-December. So plan it up accordingly and be here for when the birds come out.
