They don't use unique ingredients, just herbal masala for the fire. Connaught Place is well-known for its fire paan. We all love that hot and tangy pani puri. Now suppose the same crispy pani puri is served with flames on top. Even thinking about it makes you excited, isn't it? In Ahmedabad, they call it pani puri, while in Indore, it is the chaska chaat.
