The month of love & its fickle magic isn't over yet. There is still some left in the air and who better to remind us of this undisputed emotion than these sensational performers like Lucky Ali, Papon & Indian Ocean who chose the city of hearts (dil valo ki dilli) to stage their musically derived alchemy. We've hummed their tunes a million times in our heads, road-tripped over their music like a bunch of gipsies & grooved them harmonies with our friends.
Well, I am no fortune-teller but this February all you Delhizens are in for a series of mus-tical evenings. Let's begin.
Lucky Ali Live In A Concert
Lucky Ali spelt backwards is nostalgia. I am already humming O Sanam in my head while writing about him. This man literally defined indie-pop with his husky euphonic voice for the Bollywood audience in the late 90s and he didn't stop there. From starring in the music videos of his independent albums to singing live in concerts, he did it all. His songs are a perfect medley of love, loss & joy, just like our lives. Anyway, I've said enough, now go get your tickets now.

Indian Ocean Live
Everything in this band reeks of Indian culture, look at the name guys. This Indie-rock conglomerate formed by Rahul Ram, Susmit Sen & Asheem Chakravarthy in the early '90s was no less than a revolution because 3 decades later, they are still folking-rocking our worlds with their music. I personally recommend you guys to check out the pride of India live once in your entire lifetime. I know they've become short but their magic is still at large. If you are a fan of classical jazzy fusion music like myself, you are in for a treat.

Papon Live In A Concert
Would you be surprised if I tell you that Papon is a founder of a folk-fusion band called Papon? I thought so. Because a voice that bewitching has to be the result of classical fusion singing. Papon is widely known for his mesmerizing playback talents in popular songs like Jiyein Kyun, Moh Moh Ke Dhaage, Bulleya, Humnava... It's okay, take your time, sing through it and then use your talent of hands to book a ticket right now. If you loved what this cool Assamese guy did to these songs, I can only imagine what would happen when he is singing live.
